Tree 'roos apearance

Tree kangaroos sport shorter legs and strong forelimbs. They have no feathers but they have fur. They weigh up to 30 to 32 pounds and measure about 30 inches. Their tails are 16 to 34 inches The tree 'roos are golden, and chestnut brown.

Movement and noises of the 'roos

Tree kangaroos are slow and clumsy on ground. Some move at human walk speed. They lean their body forward to balance their heavy tail. They make a clicking sound. They cough in respect to the king or alpha male.

Food diets and hunger

They mostly eat leaves and fruit. They collect fruit that falls. They also eat grains , eggs , sap, flowers , and young birds.Even bark! When fruit falls , they catch it or collect it from the ground. They are often eaters. They browse for their food.

Tree kangaroos live lowland and mountainous rainforests in Papua New Guinea. Indonesia and the far north of Queenland, Austrailia.

Adaption to habitat

The have adapted to life in the trees. With shorter legs and stronger forelimbs for climbing. Givings them somewhat of the appearance for across between a kangaroo and a lemur.
