- Implemented Regional (USA, Canada, Costa Rica, Brazil and Columbia) IT Service Desk at World Animal Protection streamlinging IT service and support

COLLABORATION
- Created partnership between City of Brandon, Regional Health and Regional School Board to fund construction of citywide shared fiber optic data ring
- Worked with States Attorney to provide justice information workers with online access to statistical reporting using corporate Intranet
PROJECTS
- Worked with County Assessor to automate tax property management using scanning and SharePoint API
- Improved processes in the County Coroner's office using SharePoint Lists to manage daily workload
- Implemented online crime statistics using corporate Intranet and ASP.net for County Justice
- Launched Champaign County's first online Inmate Information system to provide public access to detention information
- Installed online project management to improve project planning and execution at Parador Interactive; increased revenue by 15K on first project
- Assembled project team that won the Ontario Hospital Association 'Best Technology' award for 'Wireless technology in Healthcare'
