Is the robots end-effector multifunctional ? If so what other task can it do ?
Most military robots end-effector are multifunctional. Like the talon military robot the end-effector could move around pick people up and shoot stuff down while sensing things?
The Talon Military robot is a substitute for a human because for a human its very dangerous in some battles.
The Talon Military robot can carry out an injured person because it might be dangerous for humans can walk through variety of explosions

military robots have many sensors like : camera, microphone, ultrasonic, orientational sensors they have to check the status for every sensor to make sure they are working properly.
Sometimes the robot wont respond in time of an emergency.
The machine has no judgement so, they might cause friendly fire.
The cost of building robots cost a lot
If something went wrong, we'd only lose the money it cost to build the robot instead of losing a human life.
we could always build more robots.
How is the robot taught to preform its task ?
The robot is taught by a joystick. The joystick send back information back to the human. If not by human by a software.
