Put the shirt into a bag, (the idea is to keep it wet and chemically active - any method of keeping it wet is O.K.) and let sit for at least 4 hours but preferably 24 hours than when done rinse it with cool water let it dry and wear it :)

tie rubber band all over it and put it in the soda ash and let it soak
than depending on how you want it , pinch the middle of it and twist it till you get all of the t shirt
get your tshirt and lay it flat on the table.
than roll from the bottom up .

so first you need to wear old clothes , you really dont care for and tie all lose hair back!
