Step 7 (Dilution)

To dilute the solution we took 50ml of the solution and throw it out, then fill the volumetric flask with water until it hits 100ml again.

Now the solution is diluted by factor of 2

End

Step 6

Mix the solution and now we are done with the molarity part, now onto dilution

Step 5

Step 4

Transfer this solution using a funnel to a 100 mL volumetric flask

Continue to add water to the volumetric lask until the 100mL mark.

Step 3

Next Dissolve chemical in approximately 50mL of water using a 250mL beaker

Step 2

Now that we have done the calculations. Start doing the actual lab.

My group measured 2.50 grams of CuSO4+ 5 H2O

Step 1.

Do the calculations for how many moles will be needed, how many grams we need, and how many mL are needed.
