Sundubu-jjigae is a common spicy Korean stew generally made of tofu, vegetables, mushrooms, seafood, beef or pork, and gochujang (chili paste).

Naengmyeon is a common cold Korean noodle dish that consists of long, thin noodles, cucumbers, slices of Korean pear, slices of beef and a hard-boiled egg. The noodles are often made of buckwheat, potatoes, and sweet potatoes, but can also be made of arrowroot and kudzu, depending on the type of naengmyeon.
Known as a sweeter version of the Western pancake, hoeddeok, or sometimes spelled as hotteok, is a popular Korean street food, especially during the winter season. It is essentially flat, circular dough that is filled with a mixture of cinnamon, honey, brown sugar, and small pieces of peanut and cooked on a griddle.
Hotteok tastes like a bready pancake filled with cinnamon sugar. It's more of a desert but still very delicious. They sold it at a local korean market and i got curious and bought one. Very good
Often served as a side dish during lunch or dinner, japchae is a traditional Korean noodle dish made up of stir-fried sweet potato, thinly shredded vegetables, beef, and a hint of soy sauce and sugar. Additional ingredients like mushrooms are sometimes added to the noodles.
Japchae is very sweet and flavorful and its soft yet slightly chewy texture. Made from sweet potato starch, Japchae is naturally fat free and low in calories. Very delicious. I don't know why but It goes very well with apple juice!

When it comes to kimbap, anything you want to put in kimbap you can put in kimbap. I prefer my kimbap to have bulgogi with vegetables. I also like pork belly with kimbap.
Theres nothing i like about
kimbap due to the fact there's
no traditional recipe. I just
enjoy eating all kinds of kimbap
A Korean-Chinese fusion dish, jjangmyeon uses thick handmade wheat noodles topped with raw cucumber slices and a mixture of salty black soybean paste, diced pork and vegetables.
Overall, the taste of jjajangmyeon is deep, salty and sweet all together. The texture of the noodle is just like any other noodle but the sauce hits totally different.
Samgyeopsal consists of pork belly or any kbbq meat, lettuce, perilla leaves, sliced onions and raw garlic kimchi, it's smudged in ssamjang or salt and pepper in sesame oil. It is best to eat in one go since all of the flavors combine.
It consists of thick, fatty slices of pork belly meat. They meat gives off a smoky and airy flavor, while everything else complements it. The sauce basically gives off the most taste and flavor.
Bingsu is a Korean shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings that may include chopped fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup, and red beans. The most common variety is pat-bingsu, the red bean shaved ice
Even though it's a dessert and not apart of Korean cuisine, I had it at a Korean restaurant so I'm counting it as a Korean dish. It's basically like ice-cream but with loads of toppings and is so soft that it melts when it touches your tongue. DAMN now im craving bingsu.
Bibimbap is a dish where every single ingredient complements each other. The sauce brings it all together and makes it a relatively healthy dish and delicious one. Definitively my favorite Korean food.
Mixed up bibimbap
Its beautiful colors and arrangement of the toppings complement its mouth-watering taste. The dish is also nutritious as it helps digestion and fat burning. Another positive is the wide variety of toppings, making bibimbap appealing to lovers of meat, vegetables and spicy food.
