Armand V. Feigenbaum born in April 6, 1922 in New York, He died November 13th, 2014.he created.

The concept Total Quality Management. Feigenbaum received a bachelor's degree from Union College, his master's degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and his Ph.D. in Economics from MIT.

In 1958 he become manager of manufacturing operations and quality control of the company General Electric. Feigenbaum went on to write his most important work: Total Quality Control.

He said that quality its not only responsability of the production department, but requieres the implication of all the organization to achive quality and includes quality activities for the consumers. He put the total quality management to excelence, rather tan the defects. Feigenbaum stated that the term quality doesn’t mean better but it consists in offer a better service and Price for the costumers.

This principles have to be in control system of total quality.
