0ur guestroom scores need improvement but we are in the right path of improving them. Our goal is to improve this score by 5% and the end of 2019
During the summer time we will be starting a deep clean program 10 rooms between 2 room attendants everybody will do deep cleans.
Working with the whole department to:
- Replace anything that is worn out or damaged in rooms including linen and replacing cotton pillows with feather pillows
-Deep clean program to ensure rooms are spotless/no dust
-Making sure we are following brand standards (collaterals and brand required items in rooms)
- Show up to work on time, with assigned uniform and name tag
- Clock in and out for break (1:30 to 2:00pm) for room attendants
- Leave work in your 8 hours if finished early help in laundry and fill carts
- Respect one another including orders from supervisors and managers
- Respecting company's policies. Locker policy and lost and found policies.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas and laundry.
-Green chemical usage
- Making sure you are been productive while on the clock. Break times and cellphone use.
- Following directions from supervisors and managers
- Stripping all rooms instead of finishing one room at a time
-Asking for assistance if it's needed but not relying on the assistance all the time.
1. Discuss guestroom scores and preparation for QA (Quality assurance inspection) Starting April 2019
2. Discuss productivity and how we have improved overtime
3. Meeting company's expectations/ Punching rooms/break time
4. Vacation time/ request off
5. Locker and bag policy
6.Groups big departure days
7. Sharing/respecting team members
0.T must be approved by a manager or supervisor Ex: working 6 days
0.T is created by leaving 6 min late everyday, loosing valuable time in the floors or clocking in early.
0.T that is not approved will not be allowed, if support is needed let you manager/supervisor know early.
-Expectation moving forward after 90 days room attendants will punch rooms, not including HSS team members expect services, services must be punched by everyone. *22
- Reporting lights, phones, blackout shades or anything missing in room before punching inspected. Ensure that you are punching from both phones
-Make sure you punch rooms in a timely manner so the front desk have rooms for airlines
