2. Then after the dip, as the base is pushing the foot above their head, they switch their grip so that their fingers are facing outward. So the fingers are wrapping the end of the heel and toe.

This helps to support the foot, as well as makes it more comfortable for the base to hold. When bringing the stunt back down, they just switch the grip back.

That's it!!

You did it!!

Main Base: Grip foot as discribed, then dip. Next, push up with legs and extend arms, holding foot over head. You want to create a sturdy trunk for the flier to balance on.

Side Base: Grip foot, then after 1-2 count and dip, push up through legs, extend arms and stand chest to chest with Main Base, creating extra support for the main base to hold up the stunt with

1 Back Spot

Back Spot- After the 1-2 count and dip, push up with legs and extend arm in upward motion. It's very important that is not forward, push straight up. Once the stunt is in the air, grab the back of the flier's ankle with your free hand. The one that was used to push up her seat.

Get in a crouched position behind the flier. With left arm bent, place hand uderneath the flier's seat.

Pushes in back of stunt, helps the flier to get off the ground, and supports main base

1- Body Position- Start with both knees bent and back straight. Next is the Hand Positioning- Grip the flier's heel with the left hand, and the flier's toe with the right hand. All fingers should be facing the inside of flier's foot

With the right hand grip the flier's ankle, in the bases hands.

Flier- Bend arms when group dips and use that time to get a good push off the ground with your left foot. Then push the energy up through both arms locking them out while pushing off of the bases. After the push off, stand up, straight, lock out leg and pull up lifting rib cage.

Flier

Body Position- Same as Main Base, knees bent and back straight. Hand Position- With their right hand they grip the center of the flier's foot, in between the main bases hands. Their fingers are facing the outside of the fliers foot. With their left hand they grab the main bases right wrist. This is the grip that is holding the fliers toe.

Place right foot in Main Bases hands. The left food stays on the ground. Place right hand on Main Bases shoulder and left hand on Side Bases shoulder.

Dismount

When dismounting or coming down from the stunt, the back spot again starts by saying 1-2 and again they dip, however this time...

Base

Both the Main Base and Side Base shrug and dip through their shoulders and push up one last time to gain momentum. Then ease the stunt back to the reload position it started in.

Flier

The flier stays locked out during the dip and shrug, and as the stunt comes down she keeps her shoulders over her hips, looks down and reaches for the bases shoulders, to ease in to the beginning position.

Back Spot

The back spot during the dip and push helps the bases by pulling up on the flier's ankle. Then reaches for the flier's seat as the stunt comes down to help ease it.
