First case:
Shylock's punisment:
When Portia dresses as a doctor and comes to the court, she reads the contract and says that Shylock must take his pound of flesh without spilling a single drop of Antonio's blood, and if he does he will be punished. Shylock decided to not go through his his bond, so as punishment he must convert to Christianity and give all of his money to Jessica. "This bond doth give thee here no jot of blood; the words expressly are 'a pound of flesh:'take then thy bond, take thou thy pound of flesh; but, in the cutting it, if thou dost shed one drop of Christian blood, thy lands and goods are, by the laws of Venice, confiscate unto the state of Venice.

First case:
Shylock
Shylock takes revenge on Antonio because he mistreated him by calling him a dog and spitting on Shylock. His revenge was taking Antonio´s pound of flesh and killing him. But he did not succeed because of Portia. "...let the forfeit be nominated for an equal pound of your fair flesh, to be cut off and taken in what part of your body pleaseth me."
Third case:
Antonio
He took revenge on Shylock when, as punishment for not going through his own bond, he made him give all of his money and property to Jessica and Lorenzo and convert to Christianity. "Two things provided more, that, for this favour, he presently become a Christian; the other, that he do record a gift, here in the court, of all he dies possess'd, unto his son Lorenzo and his daughter."
Second case:
Jessica
She took revenge on her father by running away with Lorenzo, stealing some money and jewels, and then buying a monkey with a ring she stole from him. "One of them showed me a ring that he had of your daughter for a monkey. (Shylock:) Out upon her! Thou torturest me, Tubal: it was my turquoise; I had it of Leah when I was a bachelor: I would not have given it for a wilderness of monkeys."
