Chapter 10: Cows are grown almost exactly like they were in the industrial food chain. Fruits and vegetables aren't made on big farms, like the ones shown on Cascadian. Instead, these crops are grown identical to the corn grown at George Naylor's farm. The only difference is that organic companies don't use chemical fertilizer's or antibiotics.

Chapter 11: The consumer is getting fruit, meat, and vegetables without pesticides.
Chapter 10: We are getting more land that haven't been infected by toxic fertilizers, saving it for the future.
Chapter 11: We are using to much fossil fuels to transport there goods. This also causes an incredible amount of pollution.
