HOSPICE DIAGNOSIS
A patient would be appropriate for GIP care if:
- Pain/crisis is not manageable in the facility
- Intractable nausea/vomiting
- Advanced open wounds
- Unmanageable respiratory distress
- Delirium with behavior issues
Our nurse will help you identify these patients, and walk you thru the process.
