DEDICATED PATIENT FACILITY

HOTC services are available to you whether you live at home, in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility or if you are admitted to our inpatient unit.

  • Located in Altamonte Springs

  • 16 Private Suites with TV & WiFi in Home-like Setting

  • Acute Care

  • In-house team of physician, RN, hospice aide, volunteers, social worker, chaplain & bereavement counselor

  • Chapel & Family Room

GIP Level of Care

  • Medications

  • Disposable Supplies

  • 24-hour Patient Support Line

HOSPICE DIAGNOSIS

A patient would be appropriate for GIP care if:

  • Pain/crisis is not manageable in the facility
  • Intractable nausea/vomiting
  • Advanced open wounds
  • Unmanageable respiratory distress
  • Delirium with behavior issues

Our nurse will help you identify these patients, and walk you thru the process.

All hospices provide these levels of care, but each provides services differently.
