- Mom works at a gift shop in St. Michaels

WELCOME TO 7TH GRADE!!
- On a post it note, write one sentence describing how you feel the first day of school is going to go, and PARK IT in the Exit Pass parking lot!
- "I think the first day of school will_________ because __________."
- Mr. McCluskey (Remember the spelling!)
- 7th Year Teaching
- Eden, MD
Oops....
- You were too excited about your paycheck and didnt realize they paid you LESS than you earned: 40 hours x $10 an hour is $400..... (SOL 5.4)
- Also, at the store, you should have estimated that your game and candy were about $78 (60 + 18, SOL 5.1 and 5.5)...meanwhile, the cashier took $110 of the $150 you earned, $32 more than you owed him/her, leaving you with only that $40 bucks...(No SOL, the cashier was just plain RUDE)
- With careful math, you would have had about $322 instead of $40.....
^
Something to think about each day this year. Which student are you?
