The points mentioned about how to the highest degree that the U.S Constitution supports the Values and Principles of Democracy through its values of limited government, Bill of Rights and the Preamble. Also the current presidential campaigns

How the Bill of Rights support the democratic value of each individual having certain rights and freedoms

How the Constitution supports the democratic principle of limited government

Because the Constitution clearly gives the rights and freedoms of each individual, it is in full accordance with this principle of democracy.

The first principle of democracy says that the power of the government needs to be limited, using methods of separation of powers and checks and balances

Some examples of the rights given in this section of the Constitution are the rights to bear arms and to a speedy trial. Some freedoms given are the freedoms to religion, speech, and press.

Articles one, two, and three of the Constitution show how the national government is to be divided into 3 branches: legislative, executive, and judicial. Each of those branches have a specific job to carry out and each branch makes sure the others don't get too much power.

The Bill of Rights consist of 10 basic rights that all citizens of the United States posess. One's race or financial state or anything else, cannot affect the amount or extent of his rights.

As shown in the guidelines for the construction of the government, the Constitution surely aligns with this principal of limited government

Because the Constitution says that the person with the majority of votes becomes president, the constitution supports yet another principle of democracy, that majority rules.

The Presidential Campaigns

Currently in the U.S, presidential campaigns are going on where multiple candidates are trying to get people all across the country to vote for them for president in the 2016 elections. The person with the most votes from eligible citizens will become president of the United States. It will be their responsibility to represent the entire country when handling matters pertaining to the government and carry out the will of the people.

In the Constitution Article 2 section 1 describes how the president will be elected into office. Only if the person gets the greatest number of votes will be elected president. One of the principles of democracy is that the majority makes the decisions, but still has to protect the rights of the minority.

Preamble

In conclusion the Preamble summarizes the objective of the Constitution well.

The preamble had 5 goals. To form a more perfect union, to establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for a common defense, and to secure blessings of liberty.

The Preamble supports the value of democracy that every person is equal under law because one of the main goals mentioned was to establish justice. This means having fair laws and treating all citizens equally under the law and that no one is above the law.

How does the U.S Constitution support the democratic principal of having the law in written form.

The Constitution itself is the written form of law because it contains the things that citizens can and cannot. Because tha law is written people can make any needed amendments to the constitution to make the government better.

The Constitution itself supports the principal of having a written form of law because the Constitution is written out.
