- Remove yourself from your position when examining social systems

- Issues are engrained within our Social Systems
- To eliminate issues (Racism/Sexism etc.) become educated on what hegemonic ideologies create inequalities in the first place

- Higher class in power, able to continue and increase their wealth at the cost of those below them

- Chastised by society for not adhering to gender roles

- Perpetual cycle creates classes and doesn't easily allow for movement between classes
