Intrinsic motivators and Extrinsic motivators
Intrinsic this is a motivator that comes from within – “the love of a subject”, “wanting to succeed” “wanting to do your best”.
Extrinsic this come from external sources, “teachers hounding you to do your work”, “meeting parents Expectations”, “the Leaving Cert”.

Motivation refers to psychological forces that determine the direction of people’s behaviour, their level of effort and persistence.

Leave the workspace, tidy so when you finish it will be there when you return.
