The form and composition in this painting is excellent. The way the waves are formed is perfect for the painting. The line work in this piece is on point. I do not see any that are overdrawn or overpowering. The waves and rocks are drawn to perfection. There is plenty primary color blue in this painting. There is a lot of blue but it gives off the proper perspective. Also, there is lots of texture going on with this painting. The rocks and the water in itself are enough texture for this particular piece.
This is one beautiful and "relaxing" painting. I can just imagine myself sitting on those rocks with the wind blowing just thinking and looking at the beauty of the ocean. I can also imagine the sound of the ocean beating against those rocks.
