I feel I would be good at this job because I am very quick to respond, am good with talking to people, and have always enjoyed helping people in need. I can be happy and kind even when people are being rude or impatient with me which is a great quality to have as a nurse.

In order to become an ER nurse, I would first have to finish high school. In high school though, I plan to take the Allied Health Tech Prep course, take an anatomy course and my junior year visit York College or Towson University. After high school, I plan to attend a college that has a very good nursing program (York College) and get my nursing degree as well as take the needed courses in order to get the degree. After graduating college I’d like to shadow or get an internship at an emergency room to get a feel of how ER Nursing works.
