First, gather all the materials needed. Label the beakers of catalse with 12 mL 4 u/mL catalase in it. In the other beaker label 1.5% hydrogen peroxide with 400 mL in it. Label the 4 beakers, "ice bath", "room temperature", "hot bath", and "boiling." Pour 10 mL of hydrogen peroxide in each of the 4 beakers. Then prepare the temperature of each beaker separately using a hot plate and ice. Use the thermometer to determine exact temperature. Use the pipet to measure 3 mL of catalase and put in wells A1, B1, C1, and D1. Then use the pipet to pour 3 mL of icbath into wells A2, A3, and A4. Repeat with the other three temperatures in the respected wells. Take the hole punch filter paper with a tweezer and put it in the catalase for 1 second. Remove the excess catalase and put into first well of hydrogen peroxide. As soon as the filter paper makes contact with the hydrogen peroxide start the timer. Stop the time as soon as the filter paper floats to the top of the well. Repeat for two more trials. Then repeat the process with the three other temperatures. Record the results in a table. Find the average reaction time of each temperature and clean up materials when finished.

The data concurred with the hypothesis previously determined. As the temperature rose, the enzyme worked faster and took less time for the reaction to occur and having the catalase disk surface much quicker. The disks dipped in the ice bath had an average 2"06 seconds to rise while the disks that were boiling had an average of "72 seconds to surface, creating a difference of 1"34 seconds in total.
