Who are they?
The Red Scorpions are a gang based in British Columbia
That was created in the Lower Mainland in the year 2000.
They were formed in a young offenders facility and have been running "dial-a-dope lines"

The RCMP said that several Red Scorpions had been arrested and charged with cocaine trafficking after an 18-month investigation alled Project E-poison.
The Scorpions had also been operating a large crack cocaine "dial-a-dope" operation in Coquitlam, Burnaby, New Westminster, and Port Moody
The Red Scorpions have also been linked to some of the bloodiest shootings in the region
They Red Scorpions were behind the killing of Six people in a Whalley, Surrey condominium
Dennis Karbovanec pleaded guilty to three of the six killings in April 2009
Which he has been sentenced to life with no eligibility for parole for 15 years.
