The revolution began mostly due to the poor economy. Not only did the revolution change the economy but also the society. Population grew due to a surplus of food and other supplies. Part of the reason for the revolution beginning in Europe was Europe's large supply of natural resources such as coal and iron. however not everything about the Industrial Revolution was good for instance peoples health was declining due to improper ventilation systems and no safety codes. Soon however people took notice to these issues and steps where taken to help improve these problems.

Even though they were not the "poor people" their houses were still horrible, however, the industrial revolution improved them. After the revolution skilled workers lived in houses that were not attached to other houses and had an upstairs and a downstairs; and they did not have to share a bathroom with several other families.
Lower middle class included
industrialists, merchants, lawyers, doctors, engineers, architects, accountants, and chemists
the lowest part of the middle class consisted of well off peasants, shopkeepers, traders, and manufacturers; they made up 80% of the population

the middle class had a lot of political influence /benefits they also had access to better medical care because they could afford it.
They wore breeches, waist coats/vests, then a coat. They also wore wigs.
