Positive Discipline

Vision about implementing Positive Discipline

Students are not born knowing the rules of life, they need guidance & a good model .

To discipline themselves.

To be blindly obedient.

## Finally, formal evaluation comparing positive Discipline Schools with other schools using traditional discipline programs is just beginning however, studies of implementation of positive discipline techniques have shown that positive discipline tools do produce significant results.

## It is a wonderful program for kids to fully understand as far as discipline goes ,they have the opportunity to participate in their own consequences & plannings .

Better problem solvers than many leaders we have all over the world

I believe in kids and I believe in investing in the future

Why Positive Discipline ???

1.Forming a circle

It is the only form where you can have large group of people & everybody can see.

2. Practicing compliments & appreciation

In today's society we teach students who never praise or are given compliments.

3. Respecting Differences

finding positive solutions for their problems through logical consequences

4.Developing communications skills

It is a great way to develop both interpersonal & intrapersonal skills.

As a charismatic

transformational leader,

I am focusing on :

*challenging followers to be creative &Think outside the box.

*Considering their feelings & developmental needs

I am foccusing on:

Developing & sustaining the culture.

We need to ask ourselves and ask others who are dealing with kids

We need all to admit that

5.Focussing on solutions "separate realistic"

Allow students to realize that there is more than one solution for a problem.

6.Brainstorming & Role -playing

Both are very light & easy ways of seeing behaviors that we may not be able to recognize.

7.Creating an agenda

Students writing their problems in a list to be addressed through meeting.

8.Using & Understanding the mistaken goals

Recognizing the four reasons that students do what they do,

Attention,Power,Revenge and Assumed Disability.
