Who are you? What other names do you or other people call you?
Since we are embedded in a preexisting world. We are socialized into into preexisting ideologies.
Ideology is best understood as a series of ideas/ perspectives that are embedded within your social experiences, these ideograms inform you about your view and understanding of the world (Valdivia 2016).
"Social interaction is the first of two qualities that are necessary for organization, including society" (49).
From the time we are born.
We enter a world that is already made.
Society if Possible through Social Interactions
"Interaction is the building block of society" (Charon 45).
Social patterns:
1) Routines,
2) Common Expectations,
3) Predictable Behavior, and
4) ways of thinking (Charon 49).
"We are embedded in organized life" (Charon 43).
Societies work in this process, according to Charon:
1) Social Interactions,
2) Patterns of Culture, Social Structure, Social
Institutions emerge,
3) Developing feelings of commitment, loyalty, and
4) conflict and change (45).
