The Hallelujah Diet

the diet isn't really focused on any age group. Its known as gods original diet for mankind. It wouldn't be bad for anyone to do.

This is not a long term diet

Does it work?

What can you eat?

The Hallelujah diet is where you eat 85% raw organic food and 15% cooked food

Reviews have had both good and bad reviews some say it worked very well and others complained that it didn't have bread and not to use the powdered barely supplement.

a typical day

breakfast- one serving of barley max, green smoothie/fruit smoothie, fruit

mid morning- 8oz glass of veggie juice, or fresh fruit

lunch- one serving of barley max, salad

mid afternoon- glass of veggie juice, celery

dinner- one serving of barely max, large salad, pasta, meat (any cooked food)
