nicky is an outdoor type of rodent she just loves to be outside and with nature surrounding her .She is from Australia and wants to become an ecologist (a person who is boun with nature and history).And 1 last detail about Nicky :she is claustrophobic (meaning she cant stand tight spaces no matter what she has to be in a nice and open place)
there were many settings in the book like the Yushimune academy, at kumi nakamura's house and many more places!the main setting was Japan where kumi showed them aroun d so they get to know the country more

Kumi Nakamura is a lovely and kind young rodent that the "Thea sisters" met on their journey to japan.Kumi is in the "Yasakoi festival" with her friend Sakura.But Sakura was concened that her and Kumi wouldnt get their choreography done in time for the festival.
Collette is a VERY fashionalbe rodent and she LOVES to shop.Every place they go she HAS to stop at the mall.She is from France and is VERY picky about her appearance ,she will FREAK OUT even if a single hair is sticking out.Collette wants to be a fashion writer and she is obsessed over the colour pink ,but it seems like shes CONSTANTLY late.
