Since we're not concerned with turns we decided our intersection would consist of 1 two-way street, and 1 one-way street.

Project Requirements

Hardware Requirements:

1) Traffic cannot move in two directions at the same time.

2) There must be a reset state where traffic is stopped in all directions

3) There must be a flashing yellow light sequence with a 1 second on/off flash pattern.

4) There must be 20 seconds of green light,

5) 4 seconds of yellow light, and

6) 24 seconds of red light
