Introduction:
The placement officer's job is to ensure that every student will have their each opportunities for on-the-job training ,
the same goes with the alumni the placement officer need to ensure that they are employed and have good jobs.

1. How to develop a web-based system for Placement Office?
2. How to monitor each alumni and ojt students?
3. How to notify all alumi and students?
Since there are many students, and alumni the placement officer have a hard time coping up with monitoring an contacting each of them, which results to others being forgot to be monitored.
4. To generate reports for placement office.
5. To import/export files like MS Word, MS Excel and PDF.
6. To provide registration and allow partner enterprises to view resumes and post job vacancies.
7. The system will automatically match job vacancies to related resumes.
