Parallel to the project, there are going to be offered some workshops, presentations or learning materials for the volunteers. The materials can be related either to a specific project or to activities and new learning from the organization or members of the organization. Even more, all the e-volunteers will be updated with activities and opportunities offered by the organization or members of the Network.

E-vol.vers
Online volunteers ventures
E-vol.vers is the new concept from IYNF for online volunteering.
The experience carried from this year's topic* of activity has led us to create a new concept for our online volunteers.
With this new project, we can organize, motivate and inspire our volunteers and members of our organizations to get or/and keep being active online for activities related to off-line and online sustainable and nature-friendly activities.
E-vol.vers
Those are the actual online volunteers. According to their needs and to the offering from the side of the organization, they are getting occupied with a project that is on their interest and can support their development (learn new topics, acquire new skills).
C.G.L.s
In order to make our online activities more effective and supportive to our volunteers and our activities, we created the new concept of E-volunteers ventures. With this, the new members can get inspired and motivated to volunteer, while:
i) Learning
ii) Practicing Skills
iii) Serving a good purpose
iv) Develop

Core Group Leaders are the e-vol.vers with longer experience on the specific project and that can support the other volunteers with their tasks or introduce them to the project. Leaders can also be volunteers with strong background or experience on a specific topic. Parallel to leading a project, they are also e-vol.ving... And of course the extra position is voluntary! ;P
The mentor is there to:

-Support e-vol.vers and C.G.L.s with their tasks
-Ensure that the tasks are completed within the given deadline
- Report the developments to IYNF
- Coordinate the communication between e-vol.vers and C.G.L.s and IYNF
- Organize and facilitate the online and offline meetings with the e-vol.vers
- Mentor the volunteers with their developments plans
- Support new members to create a volunteering experience that suits them
- Offer the volunteering certification to the e-vol.vers

Projects, Projects, Projects
As a youth organization IYNF is working with projects. Therefore, we decided to transfer this approach also to the e-vol.vers concept. All the online activities are project based. In that way, the volunteers can choose a project that they are interested to and work on it.

With the aim to keep the coordination of the volunteering members and the contact with IYNF in order, we have created the role of the mentor. Just as with volunteers the e-volvers can get support for their learning, their tasks, their development as well as any other contact with the organizations activities, through the mentor.
Those are projects that the volunteer can come to whenever she/he wants.
Those are projects that require dedication from the e-vol.ver. The organization is counting on the results from the volunteer.

The good work is always rewarded! Therefore, all the e-vol.vers (Open and Responsibility project volunteers) are going to be offered a certification for their activities by the completion of it. This can support them to boost their resume, strengthen their portfolio or enhance their wall of certifications! ;)
An addition:
IYNF
After all the e-vol.vers are still part of the IYNF family. Within it the online volunteer members can get benefited by being a part of the network (cooperations, projects, activities, info, etc.) and at the same time they get protected from the organization for their activities. In the end of the day, you are volunteering for an organization with 25 years of experience!
