Reason 1- Choices
Reason 3- Moderation
I believe....
Reason 2- Not all fast food is what it seems...
I believe fast food companies are not blame for obesity as they do not choose when, where, and how people eat; the people do.
- Subway, Panda Express, Schlotzsky's, Chipotle, Jimmy Johns, and Panera Bread
- Mcdonald's chicken wraps, salads, and parfaits
- Moderation is key when eating fast food.
- Dont just go to McDonald's and get everything on the menu, instead choose one or two things.
- Cutting back will impinge the lives of many in behavior, lifestyle and of course weight.
- Citizens have a matter of free will and freedom of choice.
- No one is forcing you to stop and eat fast food.
- However if you do choose to eat fast food choose something healthier with less sugars and in general less calories.
- Thousands of people would disagree on my opinion as it is the only option they have.
- Citizens blame the attractions of fast food such as, convenience, price, similarity, taste, and addictiveness.
- Don't let these factors take over when trying to decide what to eat!
- Only reason it is addicting is because of high levels of sugar and MSG (a form of concentrated salt).
- These contaminates lead to weight gain, clogged arteries, heart attack, high blood pressure, and diabetes.
- However, not because the companies sell it but because we choose to put that junk in our body. (It is okay to eat fast foods occasionally).
Is Fast Food to Blame for Obesity?
- In summary, I believe fast food companies are not to blame for obesity.
- For future references, always look for healthier options while still eating in moderation.
