KFC requires all conflict of interest situations to be resolved within the company. Espeacially ones that have to do with:
Any of these situations YUM! requires employees to "blow the whistle" and tell the company.
The restaurant Kentucky Fried Chicken is owned by the company Yum!. Yum! has lots of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) that makes them slightly unique from other companies. In this presentation I will be discussing four principles of CSR , how they support them, and if their rules make them a good company to work for.
KFC requires all of its employees to act with integrity, and treat all customers equally. They also state in their code of conduct that all employees need to present the products with honesty and not try say something false about KFC's food. KFC likes to look professional by instructing their employees to not talk with competitors about YUM!, its pricing or anything else about the company. KFC also wants their suppliers to compete fairly with their business, as YUM! selects them on merit.
According to the Yum! international code of conduct "employees rights" section, it states that all their workers have a safe and fair workplace. It also says that they are held accountable for treating their employees, but that is only their worldwide code of conduct holding them accountable to their own rules.
KFC (Yum!) is committed to following environmental standards and regulations worldwide. They are dedicated to building places that protect the environment. They encourage recycling, and clean energy programs.
