TCI Modules work together in an effort to reduce the risk for High Risk Inteverventions. Instead of restraint and seclusion the modules emphaize the exploration of respect, kindness, safety, and education.
Note: During the Phases of Stress Ideally the goal is to redirect during the "Triggering event" and/or "Escalation Phase."
During the "Outburst" phase of stress utlize the Life Space Interview as a crisis intervention. LSI is key in assisting the young person to learn from this crisis experience.

Incorporate Self Awarness as an intervention in effort to avoid repeating the conflict cycle

1. What am I feeling now?
2.What does this young person feel, need, want?
3. How is the enviornment affecting the young person?

Plan & Practice a constructive manner to respond to the situation with the same feelings
