  • Built in 1925by teacher Luo Chien Yi.
  • Sun-tek's female basketball team practice and grew up here.
  • In 2000, it caught fire and was repaired the next year.
  • Also called as "Suntek"
  • Established in 1884
  • Been the girls dormitory and classrooms for over 90 years

The chapel

  • In 1936, Tamkang High School was taken over by the japanese government.
  • Was the biggest church in the east when it was built in 1965.
  • It has not only motivated the trend of music and art development in Tamkang senior high but also shows that Tamkang is a missinary school

  • Was established in 1923.
  • The representative work of western and eastern style architecture.
  • Was first called" The Boys' Gymnasium" and later named as "Budokan" during the Japanese ruling period.
  • Was originally established and mannaged by the British Consulate.
  • Commonly know as "West Aberdeen tomb"
  • Established in 1925.
  • School's mission is to :

1.Nuture the complete man and women.

2.Create well rounded citizens and encourage a healthy balance in mind,heart, and spirit.

Dr. George Leslie Mackay

  • Born on March 21, 1844.
  • Aspired to become a missionary abroad at the age of ten.
  • Arrived in Tamsui in march 1872.
  • Established 20 congregations with chaples.
  • Died in the year of 1901 because of throat cancer.
  • Was buried in Mackay family graveyard.

Cemetery of Dr. Mackay

  • Dr. Mackay choose here as his final resting place.
  • His family and some relatives was buried here too.
  • Now there are plenty visitors who came here to memorialize them.

The Rugby Field

  • An important site in Taiwan's sport history.
  • Was set up in 1923.
  • Has been the spiritual symbol for every student of Tamkang Senior high
  • Previously called "The Tower of Love and Service.
  • Designed by Mr. Kenneth.
  • Based on traditional Sanheyuan.
  • Has always beem a famous attraction for tourist.
  • In the past, people nicknamed Tamkang Senior High "Po Ting"
  • The bell on the tower was moled in the Netherlands.

  • Its now one of the most considerable exhibition hall in Tamsui

  • Built in 2001 to display every tribe of Taiwanese Aboriginees
  • Used for classrooms for aborinal students
