A close friend of mine has ciliac. She can't have someone has eaten gluten tougching her food or water bottle because her reaction is so severe.When she was first diagnosed she looked like she was a zombie because her intestine was being attacked by the gluten she ate.

You can take several blood tests to screen you for celiac disease and antibodies.

Ciliac disease is when they eat barley,rye,titricale,or gluten the small hairs you have in your small intestine is attacked by the bacteria and they become very sick. It is also an auot immune disease
