Cell Analogy: Hospital
Cell Membrane: Front Door
Cell Wall: Outer Walls
Controls what comes into cell and the front door of a hospital control who comes in the hospital.
-Protects the cells and gives the actual shape.
-Holds ups the hospital and protects it from natural disasters.
Sources
Cytoplasm: Air condition/heater
The fluid that maintains internal pressure to prevent shaking of the cell.
Helps maintain the appropiate temperature for patients.

Golgi Body: Nurses
Modifies and distributes proteins. Nurses distribute meds to patients.
Chloroplast: Solar panels
Lysosomes: Aides
Converts solar power into electric energy.
Vacuole: Freezer
Breaks things down. Break down what patients are going through during procedures.
Both store food
Centriole: Money
Proteins: Patients
Helps the hospital expand and improve, get new equipment.
Mitochondria: Generator
Makes energy available to the cell.A generator makes the hospital have energy.
Endoplasmic Reticulum:
Doctors
The ER makes sure that cell is working carefully & does protein synthesis.
It is included in all functions of cell. Patients are what makes the hospital work
Ribosomes: Rules and Regulations
Are created by the nucleus, produce proteins.
Nucleus: Administration
Nucleolus: Heads Of Departments
Controls the cell, while the hospital administrator oversees what happens in the hospital.
Works with the nucleus to create ribosomes. Department heads works with hospital administrator to create rules/ regulations
Nuclear membrane: Secretary
Assists the heads of the department, determines who gets to see him/her and makes appointments.
