I want to lose weight.

I want to lose 10 pounds in five months through diet and daily exercise. I will lose 2 pounds per month, limit my caloric intake to 1700 calories and exercise 30 minutes per day at my gym. I will eat the daily recommended servings of fresh fruit and vegetables. I will stay in weekly contact with my personal trainer and my sister for moral support.
