Does the Access to condoms prevent teenage pregnancy?

My stated opinion is that condoms do prevent teen pregnancy and any kind of pregnancy. Without condoms we would have more STD's and a couple of pregnancies. Just as birth control, condoms may fail. Its not 100% accurate. But it does lower the possibilities of getting pregnant.

My Argument

I state that it does because it prevent the sperm from reaching the egg and they will never meet.

Counter argument

most people may say no. With the logical reason that the decision is the person itself.
