The Constitutional Court ruled in a unanimous opinion that the provisions of the law were unconstitutional.
The articles of the law, which were ruled unconstitutional, were mandatory to register personal information on bulletin boards of Internet sites with an average daily user of more than 100,000 people to leave comments or postings.
The current Internet real-name system
has been abolished since August 2012.
