Being Responsible with Social Media

A nurse, who is famous on social media, posts updates to her followers about her day. During a regular shift at work, the nurse posted an update for her followers, however, she unintentionally exposed one of her patients in the pediatric unit, thus breaching client confidentiality. As the nurse has a large number of subscribers, one of the followers recognized the patient and informed the estranged father about it. He found out where she was located and confronted the mother and daughter. The father met with the family and caused a threatening scene scaring the mother and daughter. Unfortunately, the father was abusive and had a restraining order.
