Work to assist the Chairpersons in the announcements of each event within the university in collaboration with Media committee, and this point wasn’t done well in the past year and I intend to handle this by continuous communication with the chairpersons and coordinate with them and make the required propaganda for any events. And this also by the help of the working group members.

Communicate with all the members and strengthen the relations between them and resolve any problems facing them: and I will be always in touch with all the members of The association to avoid the possibility of the occurrence of problems, both personal problems or the problems of work and with the help of members of the committee and in coordination with the chairpersons.

Coordination with the President for the establishment of a meeting of all members of the association once on at least monthly to maintain the communication between the members and offer visions and suggestions, and to avoid some of the negatives that have been monitored last year, such as the lack of knowledge of most members of each other and don’t even meet together even during our projects.

.I candidate myself to Internal Relations position in the Egyptian pharmaceutical students’ federation in Modern university for technology and information, and this after reading the constitution and I created my own vision and here is my plan that I will follow in my work:

Get all the approvals from the Dean and the university administration for all the events that are held within the college: and that by choosing the members of this Committee know how to deal with members of the faculty and the dean of the college and have tact speech.

Responsible for informing all members of the date of the General Assembly meetings and workshops in coordination with the secretary: there was also a shortage in this point last year, and I will work hard to prevent this to happen again, and contact personally with the sec gen to know all the upcoming dates and schedule in the appropriate time to inform all the members with the help of members of the committee.

Organizing recreation trips for members of the union and the rest of the college students in cooperation with the committee of external public relation .

Coordination with the President and the executive board about opening the recruitment and identify the places and the time of the interviews with the new members. And choose the qualified members to make this interview as they are the face of the association and should present it in the best way and the ability to choose the best elements for the association.

Cooperation with the External Relations Committee to organize a day to the college new comers and the current students to present the association and its activities and projects. As entertainment and activities for students and other members of the association smile day.

Cooperation with the President and the chairpersons to develop a vision for the work of the association as a whole and the Committee of internal relations especially, during the whole year, based on what the listed above or what will occur newly.
