• All students MUST stay in their designated area all throughout the program. Line formation during Monday Assembly will be followed for the program. Procedures of going back to the classrooms must be followed.
• After the program students will be asked to fill up their registrations forms.
• There will be drop boxes positioned at the back of the assembly. As the students go back to their classes, they will be directed to drop the registration forms in their first choice of club or organization. Note that for students who will be choosing organizations for ECA they will have to get a waiver for the Monday try-out, audition and screening from the moderators after dropping the registration forms.
• After dropping the registration forms all students must go back to their classes before formal dismissal.
• All 5th PERIOD SUBJECT TEACHERS (1:00PM – 2:00PM) of each section is assigned to accompany their respective classes to the College Lobby for the event.
• 5th period subject teachers for the day MUST CHECK THE ATTENDANCE before starting the class to monitor the students’ attendance before and after the program.
• 5th period subject teachers will be tasked to distribute the registration forms to the students before the students line up outside the classrooms.
• The bell will ring at 1:50PM to signal the start of preparation for the assembly.
• All initial members of the clubs and organizations who will be presenting on the program will be excused from their 1:00PM – 2:00PM classes. Official list of the participating students have been submitted to the CSF and shall be posted in the Faculty for reference.
• After the bell rings, the subject teacher must direct the students to line up outside their classrooms bringing only a pen and their registration forms.
• Once all sections are already present in the College Lobby, the teachers may go to their respective advisory classes. Note that, due to the moderators’ duty of some of the advisers, non-advisers might be asked to supervise some sections during and after the program. (Attached is the list of moderator advisers and their respective substitutes)
