The fertilization of a Water Buffalo happens in the fallopian tubes when the penis releases sperm and the female's ovary release an egg. The fetus is born through the birth canal after the embryo is mature enough to become a fetus.

I was made because my mother and father had sex, the sperm is held in his testes. But the process can not be done unless the Vas Deferens coveys sperm from the testicle to the urethra. When the male ejaculates it travels through the woman's vagina into the fallopian tubes and waits to fertilize an egg. When a baby is formed a woman then forms a placenta. And the baby is held in the uterus until the time is right for the baby to come out.
A water buffalo is similar to a humans body because they both reproduce the same way and they females both develop placenta's.
If the placenta doesn't function properly then the fetus will not be able to continue to receive nutrients and grow.
If a female can't provide nutrients for the fetus she will miscarry.
