  • Some people use tobacco to relieve stress so try getting away from the stress.
  • If you are a smoker know what what is in the tobacco and ask is it worth it.
  • Surround yourself with the right people. Ask family how much they want you around and want you to live.
  • Don't buy into peer pressure. Don't do it because you think its cool. Be your own self.

  • Don't chew tobacco due to the cracking and the bleeding of the gums. Can cause mouth sores.
  • People who smoke or chew can be at higher risk for strokes, atherosclerosis, Peripheral arterial disease and many others so to quit try not surround yourself with other who smoke or chew tobacco.
  • If a smoker try stopping it can be hard but people have known to do it and if they can do it you can. Although it is not easy.

  • Some people use tobacco for weight purposes but by eating a healthy meal besides and unhealthy meal can reduce your risk.
  • With an healthy meal just exercise fifty three minutes of walking to reduce risk. With an unhealthy meal you will have to workout for two hours and twelve minutes or walking.

  • Don't use tobacco. By not smoking or chewing your life expectancy is about where nonsmokers is unless you don't exercise and eat healthy.

Physical:

Can affect your lungs so you have a less tolerance for exercise.

Can affect your appearance. (i.e. could yellow your teeth.

Your body could shut down and you could die.

Mental/Emotions:

Can cause anxiety and depression (some tobacco users say that they use it to calm their nerves but it can cause depression and anxiety.

Social:

People may not approach you because of your loss of teeth or yellowing of the teeth.

People may not want to around you because of secondhand smoke.

  • If you do use tobacco don't do it around people because people who breath tobacco it can get to your blood vessels. Their heart rate could go up and their blood vessels thicken and narrow .

Conclusion

At the end of day it is your choice to use tobacco or not but before you use ask yourself is worth all the risk like getting cancer or dying. But always remember it's not just you that is going to suffer it ones around you to.
