2nd Amendment

3rd Amendment

First Amendment

  • If an enemy knows that an active duty military official was living in someones' house then he might try to go to that house and harm the people that live in there, so this amendment is what keeps civilians safe
  • The first amendment is means to me that everyone can say what they please without any consequences, though when people are in school they are not allowed to cuss, and some students make racial slurs with out getting in trouble.
  • The second amendment is fair because those who don't have a felony can purchase a weapon and that's good because people that have a felony might do something negative with the gun if they were able to purchase one

4th Amendment

6th Amendment

5th Amendment

  • No one is allowed to come in someones' house just because of a suspicion, they have to have a probable cause for any authority to come into an individuals' house (a warrant). Even if that person may be doing suspicious stuff, you cannot question them unless you have proof that they are doing something wrong.
  • If someone is guilty in a small court and they know that they're innocent then they can go to bigger courts to prove their innocence which iswhat most people do when they know they were falsely commited of a crime.
  • Everyone has a right to a fair trial even if they killed people and admitted to doing the crime, even if people aren't guilty they have a chance to prove themselves innocent, and if someone is false accused of a crime then they can also have a chance to prove to the people that they aren't the bad person.

7th Amendment

9th Amendment

8th Amendment

  • Gives the accused a chance to plead he or she case to more than on omnipotent power. Offers "fairness" of a a jury trial vs. having only a judge or magistrate decide.
  • If there's no law that prohibits something, you have the right to do it even if the right is not stated in the Bill of Rights of the Constitution
  • Even if someone held a person as a slave and did cruel things to them, they cannot be given a penalty that may damage he or she's life.
