How does it affect Real Estate prices ?

Real Estate

  • The more urban art there is in an area the higher the market value of it.
  • Arty areas will attract more cafes and restaurants that will also attract arty loving crowds.
  • Landlords are requesting newer art to distract tenants from Graffiti that usually chases them away.
  • It's becoming a huge factor for the gentrification process.
  • Many artists are now protesting against this branding and some even removed some of their art.
