Context is key.
Semantics
In ASL
- If there is something we need often times we can sign a description of what the object looks like so they know exactly what we need.
- ex : Water bottle, pink, black straw, glitter writing on side " Queen"
Details
- When signing destinations we try and make a mental map of what the place looks like before going.
- ex: go to my room, upstiars, past the bathroom, you'll see 2 pictures on the wall , the first door to the left
