The goal of the Bosch Car Service Council is to further strengthen the Bosch Car Service program through cooperative engagement, collaboration, and networking.

  • Participation in the council grants you the exclusive benefit to pilot new program offerings, provide feedback directly to Bosch management and help shape the future of Bosch Car Service in North America;

Expectations

Expectations and Responsibilities of the Council:

  • Consistent communication and promotion about the Bosch Car Service program to the shops in your territory (e.g. Monthly email communications, regional open houses, training events);
  • Gather regular feedback on the program from shops in your territory and work directly with the Bosch Marketing team to implement improvement suggestions (e.g. Quarterly surveys);
  • Participate actively in all Bosch Car Service council meetings and teleconferences (e.g. Present new program ideas, give update on pilot);
  • Pilot new programs for the network and provide constructive feedback directly to Bosch (e.g. New shop tools, programs and training);
  • Participate in all regional and/or national Bosch Car Service meetings and be an ambassador of the program (e.g. Lead a breakout session on a specific topic, be the expert);
