- Learning environment needs to be a place where learners feel positive and good about their learning.
- Positively controlled enviroment
- Collaboration and building positive relationships
- Class rules and consequences
- Teacher is a role model
- Not just about the learning anymore - learners need to be happy and comfortable.
- Teacher is clear, consistent and offers praise and gratitude
