Group Shared Services (GSS) is about to distribute the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey in October 2021.
The purpose of the Delivery Center in Gdańsk is high quality and cost efficient finance and travel & expense services to the Eltel core countries. Regular customer satisfaction surveys help us improve our communication and cooperation with Group and country unit teams.

Productivity and profitability have improved in our Nordic home market, which is shown in the operative EBITA margin for the segments.
However, the operative EBITA for the Group in the quarter was negatively affected by lower net sales, continued challenges in the Polish High Voltage business and increased material prices. Year-over-year we lowered the net debt and improved return on operative capital employed.

In order for the tradition to be followed, a Christmas tree will soon appear in the office, and a festive atmosphere along with it!
We are looking forward for the Christmas gifts underneath it, prepared by employees for children in need.

which we have not had the opportunity to organize for a very long time.

Dear all, let’s take care of ourselves during pandemic time.
If you have had a contact with COVID-19 infected person but you are not in a quarantine by the decision of the health service - you do not have to isolate yourself, but monitor your health, take care of yourself and your family, it is also recommended to avoid large communities. If you get a positive COVID-19 test result and have been in the office lately, please contact HR.
Remember that in the common areas of our building it is obligatory to keep your distance and cover your mouth and nose. Our office has guidelines for common areas as well as disinfectants for hands and surfaces. Make a good use of them to keep yourself and your colleagues safe.

RESTRICTION IN TRYTON
Please be reminded about the current epidemic restrictions in the Tryton Business House:
- keep a 2m distance from others;
- use masks in common areas;
- know that hand sanitizers are available around the Tryton Reception;
- a maximum of two people can be in the elevator;
- no outsiders are allowed into the offices, including suppliers, couriers, postman and catering. The necessary services are an exception.
- the canteen remains closed until further notice, however, there is a buffet on the ground floor offering lunch sets for self-heating; Hungry Bear is around the entrance everyday around 10:30.
DESK CLEANING
Pre-Christmas time is a good moment to take care of the tidiness, so we encourage all to check the condition of our desks while being in the office
A kind reminder:
• The cleaning crew cannot touch any of our belongings, so if we want to have the desk cleaned or dusted underneath, we must first put our things in order.
• All large items to be thrown away can be left in the utility room.
• Please do not forget to segregate the trash.
• If you have any special needs for cleaning a specific surface or need segregation bags or boxes to get rid of any office equipment, please contact Magdalena Kuśmirek.
