4 main problems that need to be addressed for Open Door Capital's new website:
Design is a key element of this project.
The current Open Door Capital website feels outdated and generic; it is not working to help communicate the brand and its services effectively.
With a more modern design, Open Door Capital can present its information more clearly, and in consequence, resonate better with their target market.
Open Door Capital's current website does not build enough credibility. The content that could be used to build credibility (such as: the CEO's strong reputation, the fact that the company has reached preferred return projections every quarter, etc.) currently gets lost on the page. Credibility is especially important in the investment space, since users will not trust large amounts of their money with just anyone.
The structure of the website needs to be reworked so that user journeys are frictionless and easy. By creating an easy-to-navigate website, users are more likely to engage and react.
Today, Open Door Capital has a form on its website, however lead generation needs to be further optimized for the new website.
The new website will need to be flexible enough so that the Open Door Capital team can add content and make edits without developer intervention.
