Makkah Medical Center Hospital. The largest private hospital was built in Makkah in 1989, a private property consisting of 83 departments with more than 600 employees and a local branch. Makkah Medical Center is located on Medina Road. It has many services including: health care. Beauty care. VIP room, patient care service, emergency stretcher, there is a pharmacy.

Day 1: Interview with Supervisor.

Day 2: I went to see the hospital departments and human resources department.

Day 3: I started archiving and learned the file inventory, setting a table in Excel.

Day 4: I followed archiving and learned electronic archiving.

Day 5: Last day in the archive, I learned to archive papers for files such as reports and warnings. Day 6: Training started in Personnel Section.

Day 7: Attendance and departure reports.

Day 8: Training in the Finance Department an income accountant and accountant of payments.

Day 9: Secretariat Section.

Day 10: I trained in payroll accounting.

Day 11: I trained in procurement management.

Day 12: I trained in the insurance department.

Conclusion:

I benefited from the training I worked in in the departments that benefit my administration and developed my skills for each department I learned their skills. I tried so much that I was not routine. There is little negligence on the part of the supervisor in terms of time did not come early and did not guide me very much. I did everything myself I relied on myself. I went to all the departments that helped me in my department. I spoke with supervisors so that I could learn and benefit from their experiences . I encountered some difficulties like the staff, some did not want to waste time in training, but I encountered and insisted until I was trained and understood. I was more motivated to work and more eager to work on myself by developing my skills.I wish I did the best for all.
